The website www.hadmetal.com.tr (the “Site”) is operated by Had Metal Sanayi & Ticaret (“Had Metal”). By using the Site you agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about Had Metal’s activities, product groups and production capabilities, and lets visitors send quote, information and job application requests. No products are sold directly through the Site.
2. Nature of the Information
Most of our products are manufactured to project-specific requirements, based on technical drawings, dimensions, samples or project needs. Product descriptions and images on the Site are for information only and are not a binding offer, commitment or technical specification. Product features, prices and delivery terms are determined solely by quotations issued in writing by Had Metal and by signed contracts. Had Metal reserves the right to change the Site’s content without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, the “HAD Metal” brand and all other content on the Site belong to Had Metal or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without Had Metal’s written permission.
4. User Obligations
- You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you send through the forms.
- You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts its operation or endangers its security.
- You may not submit another person’s personal data through the forms without their consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Had Metal takes due care to keep the Site running without interruption or errors, but cannot be held liable for damage arising from technical failures, maintenance or interruptions caused by third-party services. Had Metal is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from the Site (e.g. Google Maps, WhatsApp).
6. Personal Data
Personal data sent through the Site is processed under our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and, for job and internship applications, the Candidate Privacy Notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
